About the Authors

Mi Jinsheng is deputy general manager of the Corporate Culture Department, senior reporter, and senior economist at China Communications Construction Company Limited ("CCCC" for short), with a Master of Arts degree and MBA degree. Mi has done extensive research on corporate culture, brand building and CSR management. His best-known works include The History of Railroad Speculation in Wall Street and The Chinese Strength: Major Offshore Projects.

Wu Wenjing serves as deputy general manager of the Corporate Culture Department and senior political worker of CCCC Third Highway Engineering Co., Ltd., with Bachelor's degrees in law and in management. He has been long engaged in the building of corporate culture and project brand at the grassroots level, with papers published in journals like State-owned Assets Report and Modern SOE Research.

Zhang Xi serves as head of the Publicity and Culture Office of the Corporate Culture Department and senior political worker of CCCC, mainly engaged in theoretical study and publicity, cultural and ideological development, and cultural brand building. Among the research projects that Zhang was in charge of, the Research on Building World-class Corporate Images under the Framework of the Belt and Road Initiative and Major Projects Publicity and National Image Building have won the award for outstanding research programs on Party ideological and political work in central enterprises. In addition, Zhang has authored books including The Birth of a Super Expressway in China.
